Clue
I began my search when I got phone call from the McHenry mansion. Mrs. White called me a little after twelve pm when she said something terrible had happened, and Mr. Body was dead. She said there were signs of murder in all of the nine rooms, so she wanted me to come and investigate. Apparently, there were six people there, and only one could have done it. The six suspects are Colonel Mustard, Professor Plum, Mr. Green, Mrs. Peacock, Miss Scarlet and Mrs. White. Colonel Mustard serves in the Army; he has been in the army for about six years. On the other hand we have Professor Plum. He is one of the greatest geniuses of all time; he is incredible. We also have Mr. Green, and he is a teacher that home schools Mr. Body’s younger kids. A There is also Mrs. Peacock, and she works at the zoo; so, she often takes care of all twenty-six of Mr.Body’s pets. Let me tell you, watch out for the fabulous Miss Scarlett, She is definitely a big drama queen and wants everything her way (talk about selfish). Last but not least, we have the sweet Mrs. White, and she is the maid of the house. When she came to work one day, she saw Mr. Body’s dead body laying on the floor in front of the front door. This must have been a crowded house!
There were six objects that could have been used to murder Mr. Body. These objects include the knife, candlestick, revolver, rope, lead pipe, and a wrench. So scary huh. Anyway there were also nine rooms the hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, ballroom, conservatory, billiard room, library, and the study. There are so many rooms, weapons, and people to figure out this crime.
When I got to the house some of the guests were trying to solve the case already. So as soon as I got in, Mrs. Peacock said, “I think it was Miss Scarlet with the revolver in the conservatory,” but then nobody spoke up. And then again Miss Scarlet spoke up saying that it was Mrs. White with the knife in the conservatory, but then Mr. Green said that he knows it wasn’t the conservatory because of all the evidence in the room. There was no way it was in the conservatory. Dun dun dun. Actually it when down more like he was watching the news when we REALLY didn’t want to.
This whole thing was going to go on for a while, so Mr. Green and I decided to take a walk. He shared a piece of suspicious evidence with me: he thought that it was Professor Plum with the wrench in the ballroom. When all of sudden we heard a voice.
“Why would you think so little of me, I am fabulous, I am one of the greatest geniuses of all time, and if you think I would do something silly like that to put me in jail… I am ashamed of you Green,” scoffed Professor Plum.
Plum walked away after that, and then stopped in his tracks. He said,” I have the conservatory so there is no way it was the conservatory,” and then he walked away in a sassy way.
After that, Green and I decided to go back to the discussion by the front door and found that no one was there. We guessed that everyone went to do more investigating with the case.
I walked into the the ballroom where I saw Plum again and he said,” Well, hello again! Are you here to accuse me again? Well, if you are, I don’t want to hear it.”
“I am not here to accuse you. I just want to know your thoughts,” I said.
“Very well then. Here it is. I believe it was Scarlet with the revolver in the... well, here, the ballroom,” he said very confidently.
“Well, I don’t have any information for that, so that could possibly be true,” I said and then left the room.
When I left, I was going to head over to the billiard room, when I got stopped by three people. I first ran into Mrs. White where she shared some of her evidence. She thought thought that it was Scarlet with the rope in the lounge. And I didn’t have any information to back her up, so I told her that and then Mrs. Peacock interrupted saying that it was Mustard with lead pipe in the lounge and not Scarlet with the rope. Then someone interrupted our train of thought.
“Well, let me say, I guess I am sort of a devil in a way. It’s kind of a sweet for me, but still, it couldn't have been me. I wasn’t even here when this happened. I was in the well,... I don't remember... bye!” Scarlet said while she left in a flash of lightning.
“Wait, who do you think did it?” I said in a hurry.
“I think it was Mustard with the lead pipe in the lounge,” she said very intensely.
I started to make my way to the billiard room where I met with Green again and he said that he found a new piece of evidence. It wasn’t really evidence, more a suspicion. He thought it was Scarlet with the Candlestick in the billiard room. I told him that I was pretty sure it was Scarlet because she was acting really weird earlier, and everybody also believed it was Scarlet, except for Scarlet.
By now everyone was pretty sure that it was Scarlet, and we just needed to figure out who did it in which room and why.
I made my way to the ballroom where I saw Plum in a gloomy mood. He said, “I sadly think it was me with the candlestick in the ballroom.”
“How do you think it was yourself? You should just know!” I said.
After that confusion, I left and met up with Scarlet where she looked very scary and evil.
There were dark clouds in the sky with Scarlet in all black where she was looking down at me from the upstairs landing. She screamed, “I am the one who killed Mr. Body with the wrench in the hall mwhah, IN YOUR FACE,” she said and then ran away down the upstairs hallway.
“WE WILL GET YOU SCARLET,” the cops chanted.
The thing was, I didn’t even know when the cops got there.
After that I never saw her again.

Do or Die
YES, I had done it, and I had accomplished such a daunting task.
My palms were shaking and sweaty. I was about to take an Accelerated Reader test that depended on my whole grade. I needed 30 points altogether and I had 21 points. The test I was taking was exactly 9 points. It seemed as if my whole life flashed before my eyes and I started, not ready, for what was ahead of me.
The questions came rapid fire, one right after the other! I was off, sweating and wondering If I was going to get all the questions right or wrong. I was WORRIED.
The test was over and I was scared. It asked me how I liked the book, and I just wanted to get on with it, so said I did. Then I saw the screen right in front of my eyes which were about to fall out of my head. And then it happened…
