Emily
Three Sensory Word Poem
As I sit outside, I feel the Crisp
air cooling my face.
I can hear leaves falling, scraping the ground
as the wind pulls them to unknown places.
The sunlight gives clarity to new things
I can hear the whooshing of the air conditioner.
It disturbs the outside
to give peace within.
I can feel the rays of the hot sun
burning my back,
it makes me want to move, but I am still.
Kids come to enjoy
the warm sun
and breath the fresh,
moist air.
It is a peaceful place that is, and it
wouldn't change.
Not for any peaceful soul.
